• Run all water systems at the house to make sure everything is working properly.
• Flush all toilets to ensure they are operational.
• Check all AC systems to be sure they are operational.
• Check refrigerators/freezers.
• Ensure all doors are locked and secure.
• Check all lighting systems inside the house.
• Check mail.
• Run vehicles.
• Check landscaping lights and timer replace bulbs as needed.

Full exterior checks

• Clean cobwebs.
• Check equipment rooms.
• Check for rodent activity.

Open House

• Set all A/C systems to desired temperature.
• Turn up all water heater.
• Turn on all recirculating pumps.
• Ensure all light bulbs are working properly.
• Clean front/rear back patio.
• Blow out garage.
• Flush all toilets and run all water systems.
• Set out patio furniture.
• Check landscaping lights and timer replace bulbs as needed.

Close House

• Turn down water heater.
• Turn down A/C units.
• Ensure all doors are locked.
• Close down blinds.
• Check refrigerator for any food that needs to be tossed.
• Bring in all patio cushions.

Trash Service

• Set out and return Trash/Recycle Bins
